Since the jobs of marketing and sales are to sell the products we make, one might then say marketing and sales should report to manufacturing. Every organization and every person has to execute the company strategies and priorities. We need to recognize, we don’t exist alone, but are dependent on working with people in other functions. We are most effective when we coordinate and collaborate across functions.
Focus on reviewing products that fall within your niche. Then, leveraging the rapport you have created with your audience and your stance as an expert, tell your readers why they would benefit from purchasing the product you are promoting. It is especially effective to compare this product to others in the same category. Most importantly, make sure you are generating detailed, articulate content to improve conversions.

Draw against commission.
